Return & Refund Policy

At Henny Co, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:


Returns

- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unworn/unused, free of stains, food particles, damage, or hair, and have original tags attached.

- Items sent back in unacceptable condition may be denied a refund and either returned to sender or issued store credit at our discretion.

- Items cannot be returned after the 14-day window. No exceptions.

Not eligible for return: Final sale items, shipping protection, and gift cards.
International orders: All international orders are final sale.


Return Process

1. Email us at henny.company.hats@gmail.com to start your return.

2. If approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).

4. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Tip: Ship with tracking and insurance—Henny Co is not responsible for return items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved you may receive:

- Money-Back Refunds: Refunded to your original payment method (may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank).

- Store Credit: Issued as a digital gift card for the value of your returned item(s).

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once your return is delivered to us. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund, email us at henny.company.hats@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To switch sizes or styles, please return your original item(s) and place a new order.


Sale Exceptions

Sale pricing cannot be applied to orders placed before or after a promotional window.


Warranty Information

We take pride in the quality of our hats. With proper care, they should last through standard wear.

- We are not responsible for issues caused by normal wear and tear or not following care instructions.

- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, email henny.company.hats@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

- If determined to be a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace the item if stock is available. If not, we’ll work with you to find a resolution.


Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our shop after changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
